The Service Provider offers website development, hosting via reseller accounts, and domain registration facilitation.
The Client is solely responsible for all website content, data handling, legal compliance, and activities conducted through the website.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Client’s use of the website.
The Service Provider is not liable for data loss, hacking, downtime, copyright violations, or illegal activity performed by the Client.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate service for violations of law or policy.
