This document defines responsibilities between the Client and the Service Provider regarding domain registration, hosting, and website development.
Domains registered under the Service Provider's name remain under the operational and legal responsibility of the Client.
All website content, business operations, and activities are solely controlled by the Client.
The Client indemnifies the Service Provider against any legal action arising from the Client’s website operations.
The Service Provider provides technical and hosting support only and does not monitor content.
